Brian Stephens

Project Lead and CRM Solutions Architect. Brian is a CRM Customizer and Systems Engineer for managing Microsoft Cloud based services and On-Premise deployments. Brian has been providing Dynamics 365/CRM consulting services for over 15 years. He has successfully completed the Microsoft certification Exam MB-910 Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM).

Brian begin his journey with CRM in 2007, when he left a VP IT Director position at a Denver area bank and became the lead CRM solutions architect for a Microsoft Gold Partner that provided ERP solutions in another market (in another state). His arrangement with the partner was as a sub-contractor to manage their CRM clients and then setup a CRM practice in his market. His experience in working with ERP clients to provide CRM solutions along with his Information Technology background gives him a unique perspective when providing technology solutions as he understands the many aspects of deploying and managing these solutions. His background includes providing consulting services for all aspects of planning, implementation, customizations, deployment, training and support to CRM clients.

Due to his extensive experience managing CRM and business application projects he is frequently the Project Lead for client projects. Brian is also experienced with other Microsoft technologies including server, office productivity applications, Cloud applications and general IT services solutions that work with or alongside Dynamics 365. This encompassing skillset makes Brian a good person to plan and scope out your next project.

Roger Grant

DEVELOPER / SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

Lead Developer and CRM Solutions Architect. Roger is a technology consultant and software developer with over 15 years’ experience working with the Dynamics 365/CRM platform.  Having previously worked within the CRM/Field Service product group at Microsoft, Roger’s extensive knowledge and expertise in the Customer Service/Field Service application is based on the deep background of the product’s evolution from FieldOne to Microsoft Field Service.  In addition to Dynamics 365 experience Roger has over 20 years development experience with Microsoft SQL/.NET technologies. Roger has successfully completed the Microsoft certification Exam MB-240 - Microsoft Dynamics for Field Services.

Roger has worked with organizations of all sizes including small groups to Fortune 1000 companies. He has worked on projects in both US and Foreign markets and has extensive experience in customizing many Microsoft products including Dynamics 365/CRM, .NET/SQL, Azure and others. With this experience he is capable of providing complex solutions including application customization, development of plugins, client side JavaScript, extensive experience with Field Services, custom entities, migrations and overall deployment and implementation requirements.

Brian Anderson

SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT / BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

Business Intelligence Expert and CRM Solutions Architect.   Brian has extensive experience creating Reports, Charts, Graphs and anything needed to visually see data KPIs.

 Brian has proven, real-world experience in technical consulting, project management, and implementation of critical business systems. He has extensive experience in working with the entire Microsoft product suite of servers, database applications, Cloud services, SharePoint, MS Office products and especially Dynamics 365/CRM. His skills for analysis and data utilization for businesses allow him to work with clients to determine the best solutions for reporting and business intelligence.

 His expertise with reporting technologies includes the native Dynamics 365 Reports tools, Dynamics 365 Dashboard tools, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL Reporting Services and other database connectivity tools that have allowed him to create BI tools that make for an exceptional user experience. He frequently delivers BI solutions that allow the user to slice and dice the data at will and generate custom board ready reports with a few clicks. He has experience not only with Dynamics 365, but also Enterprise ERP solutions, giving him experience in working with numerous types of data analysis. With the recent addition of Power Apps to our tool set the options for reporting and BI are even more enhanced.
